Users must use the platform only for lawful purposes and must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activities.
All payments must be completed through approved payment methods. Service fees may apply depending on transaction type.
Refunds may be issued in cases of failed service, cancellations, or verified disputes. Each case is reviewed individually.
Users must not engage in illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or misuse of the platform. Violation may lead to account suspension.
LoadLink Kenya acts as a digital coordination platform and is not responsible for third-party transport execution, delays, or damages.
Users should first report disputes through platform support. Unresolved disputes may follow applicable legal procedures.
