Once your identity is verified, your account and profile information will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
Certain records related to shipments, transactions, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax obligations, and legal compliance may be retained for up to 90 days or longer if required by applicable law.
After deletion is completed, your account cannot be restored and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use LoadLink Kenya again.
Certain shipment, payment, fraud prevention, compliance, and legal records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after identity verification.
We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.
